Summer Internship – Technical Asset Management (10 Weeks)
Location: Miami, Florida (on-site)
Compensation: $20.00/hour
Duration: 10 weeks (Summer 2026)
About the Role
We are seeking 2 highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Technical Asset Management Summer Internship Program in Miami, FL.
This 10-week program provides hands-on exposure to the aircraft leasing industry, combining technical training, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals across multiple departments and gain real-world experience in a dynamic, global business environment.
What You’ll Do
Throughout the program, you will:
- Gain exposure to aircraft leasing structures and documentation
- Learn fundamentals of technical asset management
- Understand commercial–technical coordination across deal teams
- Work with internal systems such as Leasepoint, Aerflow, and Box
- Participate in cross-functional rotations
- Observe and contribute to live projects, meetings, and operational workflows
- Support technical and commercial teams with analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Build relationships across teams within the organization and with global partners
- Complete and present a capstone project
Program Outcomes
By the end of the internship, you will:
- Understand aircraft leasing structures and documentation
- Gain exposure to technical asset management
- Develop working knowledge of leasing systems and processes
- Build cross-functional relationships
- Experience real-world operational and industry environments
Environment
This role is an in-office position and requires regular on-site presence to support collaboration and business needs. Limited travel required on an as needed basis – less than 10%, works indoors 95-100%, 85-90% of day is spent sitting or standing at desk, 10-15% walking to other office areas.

Requirements
- We welcome applications from students entering their senior year of an undergraduate program, recent graduates, and those currently pursuing or planning to pursue a master’s degree in the following areas: Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Interest in aviation, leasing, or asset management
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
