The Contracts Manager will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, work closely with all departments and outside legal counsel and play an important role in providing support to our client's team.
Responsibilities include:
Project manage the collection, uploading, storage, and management of customer contracts and asset related information in Company document management system to ensure the reliability and integrity of all lease and asset information for use Company-wide, including periodic auditing of such information
Monitoring Company and counterparty compliance with reporting and contractual requirements
Coordinating transactional, corporate and compliance requirements for Company subsidiaries
Assisting with customer and Company “Know your Customer” (KYC) and insurance processes
Assisting with review of non-disclosure agreements with customers and third parties
Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support Company transactions and maintenance of subsidiary companies’ corporate records
Requirements
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a contract management role, with aviation industry knowledge / experience preferred
College degree preferred
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple deadlines and projects
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in and outside the organization
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); prior experience with contract database or management software helpful
Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus
