The Role
Reporting to the Vice President Technical Services, the Records Representative is responsible for the review, organization, maintenance, and quality assurance of aircraft technical records supporting the Company's global aviation leasing, trading, and asset management activities. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of aircraft records throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key responsibilities amongst others will include:
- Review and validate aircraft technical records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Support aircraft acquisitions, deliveries, lease returns, transitions, repossessions, and sales through comprehensive records review and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation by coordinating with airlines, MROs, OEMs, lessors, and other industry stakeholders.
The Company
Our client is a full-service commercial aircraft and engines lessor primarily focused on early to midlife aviation assets that are both serviceable and part-out candidates.
They provide a variety of fleet solutions to their global airline customers and select secondary trading partners focused solely on the most in-demand Boeing and Airbus aircraft and their respective powerplants.
Requirements
The Person
The ideal candidate for the position should meet the following requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant aircraft technical records experience within an aircraft leasing company, commercial airline, MRO, OEM, aircraft trading company, or similar aviation organization.
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance records and regulatory documentation.
- Familiarity with FAA, EASA, and international aviation regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting aircraft transitions, acquisitions, lease returns, or maintenance events.
